Did you buy a piece of jewelry from Céleste Bijoux and wish to exercise your right of withdrawal? You have 14 days from receipt of your order to do so, without giving any reason (Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code and EU Directive 2011/83/EU).

What happens next?
- Send the jewelry back no later than 14 days after informing us of your decision, to the address given in our acknowledgement email. Return shipping costs are at your expense.
- We refund all payments received, including the original delivery costs (based on the standard delivery method), no later than 14 days after being informed of your decision. We may withhold the refund until we have received the jewelry or proof that it has been sent.
- The refund is made using the same payment method as the one used for the order.
