Delivery
Where do you deliver? To France, all countries in the European Union, and the United States. There are no customs fees within the EU; orders to the United States may be subject to US import duties and taxes (see our Shipping Policy).
What are the delivery times? Your order is prepared within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery to the United States takes 3 to 8 business days after shipping; within the EU, 4 to 10 business days depending on the country and carrier. In any case, your order will be delivered no later than 30 days after ordering.
How much does delivery cost? Standard shipping is a flat rate per order, clearly displayed before you confirm your order. Shipping is free once your cart reaches the free-shipping amount shown in the announcement bar and in your cart.
How can I track my order? As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number once it is available. If you haven't heard from us, write to us at Celestebijouxstore@gmail.com with your order number.
Returns and exchanges
Can I change my mind? Yes: you have 14 days from receipt to cancel without justification, via the "Withdraw from the contract here" link or by email. Return shipping costs are at your expense, and we will refund the full amount paid, including the initial shipping costs.
My jewelry is too big or too small. During the 14-day period, you can request an exchange for another size, subject to availability, by writing to us.
I received damaged or defective jewelry. Contact us with a photo: we will arrange a free exchange or refund.
Are there any exceptions? Personalized jewelry and jewelry delivered in sealed packaging (especially earrings) that are unsealed after delivery cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Our jewelry
What materials are they made of? Depending on the model: 18-karat gold-plated stainless steel, 925 sterling silver, moissanite (certificate of authenticity provided for the relevant pieces), cubic zirconia, pearls. The exact material is indicated on each product page.
Can I wear them every day? Our product pages indicate the materials suitable for everyday wear. See our care guide to keep them sparkling.
I have sensitive skin or a known allergy. Check the material on the product page and write to us before purchasing: we will advise you.
How do I choose my size? See our size guide. Many pieces are adjustable, which is indicated on the product page.
